Instructor Bio: Kristi has over 17 years of experience in the massage therapy industry as a licensed massage therapist, a massage educator, and massage therapy instructor development within proprietary schools.   She has dedicated her continuing education studies towards Thai Massage for several years, and will be studying abroad in Thailand in 2024.         

She has served as a volunteer in the Louisiana Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association, and has been a licensed continuing education provider for the Louisiana State Board of Massage Therapy since 2017.   She recently launched a podcast dedicated to Licensed Massage Therapists everywhere called, "The Massage Project", available on Apple and Spotify.  

 Description of class:  A variety of basic Thai massage techniques will be demonstrated by the instructor, and performed by students using a massage table and/or a mat on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing, we will not be disrobing. This is a hands on and FUN class!!!

 Supplies Needed:    Flat sheets.   Bolsters and pillows if you choose.  Equipment will be provided.  Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.   No lubricant is necessary.   We have a refrigerator and microwave if you choose not to leave for lunch.
